MIPIM

MIPIM is the leading international event for the real estate sector, which takes place every year over four days at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. The next edition will take place from 14 to 17 March 2023.

MIPIM 2023 will explore the current challenges posed by international events, the need for leadership in driving change and the innovation required to reshape the built environment.

MIPIM participants include real estate investors, brokers and investment funds from around the world, as well as local elected officials, developers and architects.

Many real estate players unveil their latest urban development projects, integrating the imperatives of sustainable development and CSR. They gather to create together the cities and places of tomorrow, to meet the challenges of development and housing policy.

The MIPIM Awards recognise the best projects in 13 categories, based on criteria such as sustainability, integration of the project into its environment and community, quality of the user experience, economic contribution, originality of concept and architectural qualities.

MIPIM also hosts a number of expert conferences that present the latest trends in real estate.
