The new indian food innovation exhibition

For the first time, SIAL Delhi and SIAL Mumbai are joining forces to create a flagship edition: SIAL India 2026, which will be held at the Jio World Centre, BKC, Mumbai from April 10 to 12, 2026.

India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, now the 5th largest economy in terms of nominal GDP. The country has 7 of the world’s 50 largest cities: Delhi is the 4th largest city in the world. Therefore there is a huge potential for the food industry, with many young consumers and a growing demand for branded, alternative and easy-to-cook foods. By 2025, 300 million middle-class people are expected to be looking for international food products.

Several Promosalons delegations market the show in their own countries: Germany, Belgium, Korea, Spain, Japan, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Turkey, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway.
