EquipHotel was held after an absence of 4 years, in a dynamic sector but facing many challenges, how were they transcribed on the show?
Despite the economic context and after a 4-year absence, EquipHotel 2022 was a successful recovery edition, marked by better products and services and highly qualified visitors.
We had the pleasure of welcoming 1,200 exhibitors from 36 countries, and 95,357 professionals from 133 countries came together over 5 days to share ideas, discover innovations, forge partnership and sign contracts This year’s programme included 14 professional competitions, 112 conferences and 13 pop-up restaurants and hotels designed by renown architects, under the central theme of “conscious hospitality”.
The show benefited from the Top Buyers programme and welcomed 40 Top Buyers mobilised by the Promosalons delegations from 9 countries: how did you choose their profile and their origin?
With the help of Promosalons and the financial support of the French government, we brought together a fine selection of specifiers (architects, designers) and contractors active in hotel projects in Europe (Italy, Germany, the UK, Scandinavia) and the Gulf States. The objective was to focus on the countries with the most hotel openings planned in the next two years, to assist them in sourcing products and equipment and in finding partners.
RX has launched a new digital platform in 2020, eh! Online, with EquipHotel, Sandwich & Snack Show and Parizza, who is this platform for? What is its objective?
Ehonline is a digital platform that offers exclusive content and an online catalogue of products and services for hotel and restaurant professionals. The aim of this platform is to provide a continuous information service, complementary to the show, and to promote suppliers’ innovations to professionals in the sector between each edition of EquipHotel.
