MOUNTAIN PLANET

Created in 1974 in Grenoble, France, MOUNTAIN PLANET is a trade show for mountain development and industry. It is a major event and international meeting place for mountain development, showcasing the most recent innovations and trends in the market and taking place every two years. Every two years, it brings together the entire global mountain ecosystem—manufacturers, elected representatives, local authorities, accommodation providers, ski area operators, and more. It allows industry professionals to unveil their latest innovations and technological advancements to bring economic and environmental sustainability to mountain development.

With 482 French and international exhibitors in 2026, ranging from global leaders to startups, SMEs, and professional organizations, the show represented a wide range of services and products dedicated to the mountains (ski lift installation and equipment, snow removal and road maintenance, safety and rescue, leisure/sport, energy, transport, etc.). More than 180 decision-makers from international delegations were present, underscoring the global importance of this event. A total of 68 countries were represented, making Mountain Planet an unmissable event for players in the mountain sector.

The Promosalons delegations from Finland, India, Morocco, Turkey, and Vietnam are working with the trade show to bring in top buyers from their countries.
