International Food Fair dedicated to food industry professionals

SIAL Canada is the meeting point for the entire Canadian agri-food industry, as well as the privileged gateway to the American and international markets. Indeed, the show is now the only event of its kind in Canada, bringing together more than 809 exhibitors and brands from 49 countries and welcoming 15,000 professional visitors from 57 countries.

SIAL Canada is the only national show that offers a complete range of food products under one roof, meeting the expectations of your customers, whether they are from the retail, food service or food processing industries, looking for new, innovative products, ethnic or regional specialties, from here and from around the world. All sectors of the food industry are represented (grocery, beverages, fresh produce, dairy) as well as equipment and packaging.

The show is marketed by Promosalons delegations in Germany, Belgium, Korea, Spain, India, Japan, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.

SIAL Canada is held alternately in Montreal and Toronto, with the next edition to be held May 15-17, 2024 at Palais des Congrès, Montreal.

SIAL Canada organises numerous competitions such as the SIAL Innovations, the International Cheese Competition, the Olive d’or competition, and a pitch competition for start-ups.
