The latest Think Tank hosted by Promosalons gathered around thirty member trade shows to discuss the return on investment (ROI) for international customers at trade shows. Key indicators and tools and services for optimising trade show participation were shared.

Although global business travel expenditure increased in 2024, the volume of business travel remains around 15% below pre-pandemic levels. Against this global backdrop, however, trade shows have almost returned to their pre-pandemic attendance levels, with international customers flocking to events and a record number of foreign exhibitors attending trade shows in the Paris region.
