GOURMET SELECTION is the key trade show dedicated to fine foods, the leading exhibition for high added value food products and gourmet eating.

Organised every year in Paris, GOURMET SELECTION hosts manufacturers, producers and artisans from all over France and Europe, including Italy, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.

The majority of visitors, mainly French, represent specialist retailers, delicatessens and fine food outlets, wine merchants, food service and hotel & catering professionals.

Promosalons delegations from Belgium, Korea, Spain, Japan, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Portugal and Switzerland are collaborating with the show to recruit exhibitors.
