Held every two years since 1977 in Bordeaux, the global heart of viticulture, Vinitech-Sifel brings together key players – producers, manufacturers, distributors, start-ups, researchers and institutions – to shape the future of the wine, fruit-growing and vegetable-growing sectors. The next edition, to be held from 1 to 3 December 2026, will offer a comprehensive range of solutions and services provided by 750 French and international exhibitors.
International scope and cross-sectoral collaboration are just some of the strengths of the show, which is organised into several exhibition zones:
- Cultivation techniques
- Wine cellars and warehouses
- Bottling and packaging
- Services and training
- Sales and Marketing
- Start-up Village
- Destination Export
- Transition Area
Vinitech-Sifel also sets itself apart by offering themed events and areas that address the current and emerging concerns of the industry, with a focus on innovation through the Innovation Awards, the Oenovation Award, a new products showcase…
Several Promosalons delegations are promoting the show in their home countries: Bulgaria/Romania, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Tunisia and Turkey.
Delegations from Germany, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Turkey, Bulgaria/Romania and Hungary are also working on exhibitor research.
