The world’s largest food innovation exhibition

SIAL Paris is a global showcase for the food industry that brings together the key producers and buyers to reveal the trends and innovations that will shape the food industry of tomorrow. Every two years, producers, importers, buyers and retailers, as well as the specialized press and independent associations meet in Paris for five days of inspiration, debate and exchange. The next SIAL Paris will be held from 17 to 21 October 2026 at Paris Nord Villepinte.

More than 7,000 international exhibitors, from start-ups to large groups, presenting a new trendy product or a reference in the sector, an established chain or an innovative distribution model, present their products to 265,000 visitors from food, retail and hospitality sectors.
